ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING-

 

     INCLUDES:

 

  • Initial evaluation of progress pictures (starting point)

  • A list of tips, ideas, and contact information about organizations

  • Initial Nutrition macronutrient recommendation based on the individuals’

  • Goals, body type, show date, and body composition goals

  • Weekly Evaluations and changes based on progress photos

  • Meal Time recommendations

  • Food Choice recommendations

  • Supplement recommendations

 

IN PERSON OR PHONE NUTRITION SESSIONS-

  • Will meet at an agreed upon location for 30 min, 60 min, or 90 min sessions

  • Will discuss issues and concerns

  • Will give recommendations, food lists, ideas

  • Will answer any nutrition questions

  • Unlimited email provided for any questions about session.

  • If desired, weekly check ins via email
